GENERAL:
Raymond E. Fowler was born in Salem, Massachusetts. He received
his B.A. (magna cum laude) from Gordon College of Liberal
Arts, Wenham, MA. His career included a tour with the USAF
Security Service and 25 years with GTE Government Systems
as a Senior Planner for the Minuteman Missile Program. Ray
built and directed his own planetarium and observatory at
Wenham, Massachusetts. Prior to moving to Kennebunk, ME he
spent 15 years teaching a variety of off-campus Community
Education Courses including classes on Astronomy and Unidentified
Flying Objects at his home classroom sponsored by North Shore
Community College, Danvers, MA. Ray has constructed Maguire
Road Woodside Observatory on his property and continues teaching
at his fully-equipped home classroom.
CREDENTIALS:
Ray Fowler's Planetarium and Observatory provided star shows
and public viewing sessions for over 30 years. It was featured
in the prestigious Sky and Telescope Journal. His contributions
to UFOlogy are respected by UFO researchers worldwide. His
UFO investigations have been published in: Congressional Hearings,
military publications, newspapers, magazines and professional
journals in the USA and abroad. Astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek,
Chief Scientific Consultant for the USAF UFO Projects called

I know of no one who is more dedicated, trustworthy or persevering."
Ray served as an Early Warning Coordinator for a USAF-contracted
UFO Study and as Director of Investigations for the international
Mutual UFO Network [MUFON].
TV/RADIO APPEARANCES:
Ray has been a guest on hundreds of radio and TV shows in
the U.S.A. since 1963 including: Dave Garroway, Dick Cavett,
Mike Douglas, Good Morning America, Unsolved Mysteries, Sightings,
etc. He has been a consultant to a number of TV UFO Documentaries
and Time-Life Books.
AUTHOR:
Ray has had 11 books on
UFOs and paranormal phenomena published in the USA between
1974 and 1997. Many of them have also been reprinted in foreign
languages [see attached Book Bio]. Book titles are: UFOs:
